I have been feeling dizzy since i have woken up in the morning (been 10 hours already). I have puked once since then because of the heavy headedness. I am not able to even get out of bed. Please could you suggest some medicine for quick relief. (Note- the only medical condition i have is seronegative RA).

Vertigo under evaluation.. Stugeron forte 25 mg TDS will help... Or else take plain Domstal 10 mg first .. if doesn't settle can go ahead.... Need to rule out other conditions as well
