Distended gb wall?

My usg shows distended gallbladder with normal wall thickness, tiny echogenic focus of 2.9mm seen suggestive of polyp.. Is this normal? Apart from this the entire usg is normal... Why is the bladder distended? Or distention is due to accumulation of bile? And is this polyp okay? I am worried.
