Dear sir, Greetings for the day. Improving range of the motion with exercise and getting stiffness after you rest is quite common. As it is 4 1/2 months we expect recovery, but at the same time, we may consider your pain tolerance level while exercising or any other complications you developed, number of times you are doing, type of exercise you are doing and your way of doing (technique). All these things we have to look for. Once we evaluate your case, we will be able to guide you and design a exercise programme for you.
