Distal radius bone fracture

Hello, I recently sustained a distal radius bone fracture and am trying to determine if I need surgery and bone grafting. Could any doctors or knowledgeable individuals advise on this? Additionally, if surgery is required, what are the advantages of using imported titanium implants over Indian-made ones? Thank you!
