I have attached the previous and current x ray after 2 months of fracture. Pls suggest me it will be recovered without surgery. As per my doctor it will take time but heal naturally

There may be cosmetic issue. It was surgical case from day one for proper reduction and alignment , if treated conservatively now then start mobilization/ physiotherapy now as it’s 2 months already otherwise shoulder stiffness wl b issue . If not united then surgery

Answer is in you xrays.. Do you see any changes in your xrays after 2 months? My opinion: Fracture is displaced.. YOU need surgery (only if you need full movements)

After 2 month you can wait only.. it has to be reduced at time of injury
