Sir/mam I had a recurrent shoulder dislocation 3 years back .and now again it's happened one more time .I need some prescription what should I do now.

Go for Arthroscopic assisted latarjet surgery if you want to get free of this disclocation- problem. Conservative measure won't help now.

You need further evaluation and MRI arthrogram. probably need either Bankart repair or Latajet procedure depends on Bone loss. Consult Shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B . Shoulder consultant from Chennai
