2019-04-06 21:18:22
When I am standing or when walking at times I feel I am losing balance. I am experiencing neck pain as well. And have been having headaches as well. Till now have been checking for eye correction and migraine related treatments. I am an IT professsional with 6-7 hours of laptop usage everyday at the least. I am experiencing light headed almost all the time.

It seems that you have cervical spondylitis and it happens in IT professional who has long sitting desk work on laptop and odd posture give a lot of strain to the neck compressing all nerve roots in cervical spine, it also causes reduced blood supply to some extent to brain because of the posture and cause the giddiness or feeling of losing balance.
Next Steps
X Ray Cervical Spine AP and Lateral and share Online via Consult chat window which is paid one against my profile
Health Tips
Calcium, Vit D, Vit B 12, Vit K2, neck flexibility exercise

Get your BP checked, looks like cervical vertigo, might need investigation to rule out other causes
