I have this bluish discoloration on my breast . Is it because of hickey or is it something serious? My boyfriend gave it to me 3 to 4 weeks ago and they looked normal but after a few days it just got darker .the spot is right around my areolar

How did your boyfriend give it to you ? Friendly (Domestic) violence ? Please consult a Gynaecologist or General Surgeon for a physical examination. Then only a diagnosis can be made.
