Discharge from fissure

I had a fistuletomy surgery in Nov 2023. The wound has almost healed, and discharge from the wound had almost stopped. But 5 days back, i had a hard bowel movement, due to which i had bleeding of 5-6 drops of blood. Since then, there has been very little discharge seen in the anus. The discharge is just 1 or 2 drops. I visited a surgeon and got it examined who said the bleeding has caused a fissure and the discharge is from the fissure. Is that correct? Does fissure on wound cause discharge? I could not find this information on the internet, so i am a little concerned. Also, 15 days back, i got a fistulogram, and the report said i do not have any abscess and no fistula track is seen.

Constipation can cause fissure in ano. That will cause bleeding . Fistulogram report is normal. So take syp. Cremaffin plus for constipation Take more liquids and fruits and avoid maida and fast foods.
