I have slip disc at L3-L4 & L4 L5 Since may 2015. Recent MRI show disc bulge with spinal spondolysis. I have numbness in both legs but more in left leg. And tingling sensation near left toe.I am mother of 20months old baby (c sec under GA) and have taken break from my practice ( dental surgeon) i have undergone physiotherapy recently including traction tens and ultrasonic which actully worsen my condition..like if i was having 50% pain then after PT it increased upto 80% . I want to know if ther
