Disc dessication at L4-L5, L5-S1 levels

I have posterocentral disc extrusion at L4-L5, L5-S1 level causing indentation of ventral thecal sac also PCOD with overweight so I started doing exercise to reduce my weight. Is it ok if I do exercises which involves bending over or lift my hips up. Im doing exercises from March 2020 till today. I get bearable back pain sometimes. Is that ok to continue my exercises or will that create any serious issue if I continue doing the exercises
