I have gone through this ces surgery of L4 L5 and s1 disc buldge it's been 20days post surgery can I smoke and drink alcohol occasionally with moderate limit

Hi .. u can drink occasionally...not more than 2 pegs per week... Although it is not advisable. Smoking should not be done it is harmful
