I have this problem from 4 months ... MRI shows disc protrusion , Physiotherapist suggest me traction procedure ... Is it ok ?

Yes with traction take laser or ultrasound therapy, this will help in recovering from disc problem. Maintain proper posture, avoid forward bend or lifting heavy objects while bending, take rest for atleast 7 days. After a week of treatment can start with strengthening exercises.
