Take your meals on time , done with your dinner till 8 :00 pm in night and go for a walk after that for a while, take proper sleep at night sleep early not wait till 11:00 pm or 12:00 pm to fall asleep as these habits surely disturb your dosha balance in body and leads to these kind of problems, Take some laxatives if needed at night. wake up early in morning i.e till 6:00 AM do your daily morning activities, do light yoga or exercise after that. Take breakfast till 8:00 AM . Avoid milk with sour products like mango shake etc , avoid curd in night.
