Digestive problems

2026-08-25 22:40:45
Hello Doctor, I have been having digestive issues for the past 1 year. I eat properly, but I feel that I am not gaining weight, and my weight has also been decreasing. My stools are often small, thin, and fragmented. Sometimes they appear like small pieces or grains. I also experience gas and bloating, especially after eating at the office. I was diagnosed with TB about 5 years ago. I would like to know what could be causing these symptoms and what tests or evaluation I may need.

Weight loss with digestive symptoms need evaluation rather than assuming simple indigestion consult me with your previous TB history and reports so we can review the symptoms and decide which tests are actually needed.
