Likely GERD/dyspepsia, with food intolerance/IBS also possible. Rx: Tab Omeprazole 20 mg once daily, 30 min before breakfast × 2–4 weeks. Eat smaller meals and avoid lying down for 2–3 hours after dinner. Avoid foods that consistently trigger symptoms, especially spicy/fatty foods, excess tea/coffee and carbonated drinks. If symptoms keep recurring, consider H. pylori testing and further evaluation. Seek review sooner for weight loss, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting or blood/black stools. You may consult me on Practo for evaluation and personalised treatment.

May be if you are lying down immediately after food intake you might experience such symptoms. As food from stomach goes to esophagus, it can cause bloating and pain  . Avoid oily and spicy food. Ruleout h.pylori infection. Even it can cause your symptoms.

Can be related to reflux, food intolerance or other digestive conditions. A consultation would help identify the cause and plan a longer term approach rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
