I have a tendency to overthink and take stress over a mild symptom as well. It's been a month and am having digestive issues like reflux, bloating pain in pelvic area and around . It started after my trip to Phuket ... and I noticed weight loss of around 600/700 gms in this period . Generally I keep on gaining

What is duration of your symptoms? For overthinking and stress, learn to relax mentally- keep yourself busy mentally with some creative work like reading good literature,  drawing , prayers, etc. Do regular pranayam and meditation. For weight gain,     get blood sugar  Haemoglobin,  serum total proteins, thyroid function tests done. Avoid fatty, sugary,oily food, take more of fresh green vegetables,, fresh fruits,  nuts, curds. Take smaller portions of foods Drink more water.  Do regular physical exercise .
