Digestion,Urine issue no sex pleasure

Age 28 Married Non smoker and non alcoholic I am facing issues from 3 years. Digestion and urine related. Sometimes in day stool is ok but mostly first come dried dark hard stool. Sometimes it not getting down so I have to manage with fingers. Tiredness alot. Another issue i am facing is urine problems. Not able to empty bladder i have to force and concentrat to empty bladder. After finish some ammount of urine leaked. My eraction and time is good but since marriage i never felt any pleasure and satisfied. When there is bladder full i felt pain in upar abdoman In three years i have done many test but only kidney stone and urine infection (cytytis) was there. 1. Undergo many times with thyriod test all is ok 2. Go with ultrasound kidney stones and cystitis was there. 3. Undergo with testosteron and prolactin these were also ok Now am so confused whats wrong with me

Exercise pranyam + plenty of warm water+ stop fried   contact for treatment of stone and smooth passing of stool + increase plesure and satisfaction

Seems to be problem with digestion. Get treated for cystitis from nephrologist.
