Digestion problem and low weight

I am 21 year old but still has 37 kg. I did gym for 1.5 months then i reached to 37kgs. Also suffering from weak bowel movement. Whenever i travel i always have stomach pain and acidity. Also very low appetite. Please suggest me correct treatment.

Are your parents lean? It depends on hereditary. Also u say your digestion is low and you suffer from acidity. To improve your digestion take chitrakadi vati 1 1 1 before food. Take triphala choorna 1 tsp in the night with warm water for weak bowel movements. Also take soothashekara rasa 2 0 2 Kamaduga rasa 1 1 1 after meals. For acidity and pain.
