Digestion issues

At around 5 a.m yesterday, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, which seemed to be due to food poisoning. I vomited once and passed stools 1–2 times, but the abdominal pain still continued. So I went to the hospital emergency department, where they gave me some medicines through injections/IV. The pain improved after that. However, after coming home, I started passing small amounts of loose, watery stools frequently, and I also developed a fever, for which I took PCM (paracetamol). The doctor prescribed Pan-D and Darolac, both twice daily (BD), to take at home. Can I also take Norflox-TZ along with these medicines?

if the loose stool episodes still continue, there is consistent feeling of nausea and vomiting and fever>100F, It might indicate an infection underlying infection which might require the administration of antibiotics. Please do consult a healthcare professional before that.
Next Steps
Adequate hydration with WHO standard ORS(1 sachet to be diluted in 1L water and to be completed over 4 hours, don’t exceed more than 2 in a day) Bilifac capsules can also help improving the symptoms

If antibiotics are started then it is mandatory to complete the entire course of antibiotics, please don’t stop the antibiotics abruptly just because the symptoms have been resolved
