Diffuse annular bulges at C4-5, and C5-6

My MRI scan report says, "Diffuse annular bulges at C4-5, and C5-6 causing indentation of ventral theca with no neural comprise." I did went through the treatment and took medicine for around 40 days (8th Dec to 20th Jan 2021). But yesterday (8th March 2021) I started feeling the same symptoms I. e. Vertigo. I don't feel any pain but while sleeping whenever I change the my direction then I feel the spin. Last time I consulted MD (medicine), DNB(neurology). Can anyone tell how did it come back and whom I should consult this time. Because I can't meet same doctor again I moved back to Delhi. Reports attached. Thank you!

vertigo is due to thecal sac compression which causes csf flow irregularity and mobility of cervical spine...disc bulge you need to wear cervical collar for few weeks while walkinf or any kind of movement...better to consult some neurosurgeon with your films as report are not enough to comment on further plan of management whether surgical or conservative treatment with medicines and collar only...
