Asked for Male, 24 Years

I'm having difficulty at night, while lying down. By difficulty, I mean it feels like I have entered a dusty environment. The air passage is not clean. This increases if lie in my room. Is it due to allergy or any other issues ? Went to nearby doctor and he prescribed betnesol and moxfed cv. I took master health checkup last month. Everything is fine except a little vitamin d deficiency.
