Every problem has a solution you just need to try solving it and help is just a step away. Study in smaller shifts of half an hour followed by a rest of 5 minutes. Set small feasible targets and try to achieve them. Bramhri yoga for at least half an hour in the morning helps to relax and focus. If problem continues than consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation.
