Difficult to gain weight

Hi, Have been trying to eat each and everything she can but no matter what we do, cant gain weight. She is 5ft 4inch tall, age 26 and she just weighs around 48 kgs. From top till bottom, front and back, tooo skinny. Really stressed as to what is the solution to it. Had deficiency of Vitamin D3, started cholecalciferol once a week. Please any1 have any solutions, do let me know. Regards

Weight need to be increased by 7 KGS I can help with 4-5 KGS each month after so many efforts their can be few loop holes which u may not be able to analyze. Surely I can hwlpu with that

Hi there....her ideal weight should be about 60kgs. as you know few people have very high basic metabolism rate. It will be difficult for them to gain weight. Also one should remember gaining weight and losing weight is a very gradual process. It will a lot of time, patience and determination. You must follow a healthy diet and exercise schedule. Start having food rich in proteins like pulses, soyabeans, vegetables, fruits, egg whiteboiled , boiled chicken. Regarding exercises, start cycling or swimming, whatever you are comfortable with and enjoy most. Along with it try doing high bar excercises. You can also visit a dietician and endocrinologist for further queries.
