I want to know these tablets are same or different- Is tegritol 200 mg and valprowin Chrono 200 mg same? Are the alternate to each other.

No they are different medications. One is carbamezapine and other Sodium Valproate

No. Tegretal is the brand name of a medicine called Carbamazepine. Valparin is the medicine Sodium Valproate. These two medicines come in the same category and have similar uses. If your doctor has changed the medicines discuss with them. If the pharmacy has given you the alternative, return the medicines.
