There are 4 grades of fatty infiltration in liver which are graded by Sonologist as Gd 0, 1, 2 , 3. Gd 0 is minimal infiltration, and gd 3 is worst. By histopathology gd 0 liver has 0-5% infiltration , and gd 3 liver has 66-100% infiltration. I suppose now you know what is gd 2 & 3.
