Have small frequent meals containing veg salads, fruits salads, buttermilk, complex carbs, like brown rice boiled half to one fourth cup at lunch, moderate plant based protein, low fat dairy products, large bowl of vegetable curry, 1 cup dal, made of vegetable or dark green leafy vegetables, nuts less amount, avoid or completely reduce sugary foods, sweets, chocolates, any kind of sweets, deep fried items, fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, packaged foods, instant ready to eat foods, oily foods etc..
Have double toned or double toned milk, avoid non veg as much as you can,. Chicken soup and egg whites limit the consumption..need not avoid completely...
