Dietry changes after dog bite

Hello actually today morning my hubby was bitten by our pet dog which ia one year old german sheperd and which fully vaccinated.it doesnt bite well its small scratch in the skin with slight bleeding of two drops and he also taken anti rabid vaccine.so my question is does he need to avoid any foods becoz of this .
