Hi, 1. No diet targets a specific area. Each body responds differently to gain/ loss of weight from different areas. 2. Destress. Meditate daily for a few mins and focus on positive. Inner happiness will give you natural glow. 3. Eat more fruits. Have a fistful of nuts everyday. Consume atleast 3 liters of water daily. Do 30 min of cardio activity daily. Have a variety of fruits and veggies in your diet. And most importantly be happy.
