Hello there..what diet should I follow for my 3.7 yo son who is having lymph nodes enlargement..what food should I give and what should I avoid and for how much time..he has stomach ache occasionally. Rather than that he dont have any other problems..

Thank you for your question. This problem is very common in toddler preschool and junior school kids, it will not cause any issue except mild stomach pain. No food restriction is required
