My uric acid level is 5 and fbs is 105.on the boarder line.so what should my diet chart.i need a diet chart.

Reduce your weight if you are overweight. ACC to me 5 is not a very high reading Is it not within the normal range acc to your lab values? To reduce it however increase your fluid intake reduce your intake of pulses b ans n legumes. Eat fibrous foods Avoid pure sugar Avoid all high calorie foods Exercise
