Considering that you are a
thyroid and
diabetes patient you can have handful roasted peanuts in a day as an evening or mid-morning snack.You can have 2 cups of cow milk (remove the cream) in a day and not consuming peanuts is surely not the reason you are facing hair loss.Thyroid can be a prominent reason of hair loss.Hence do visit a dermatologist if the problem persists.However include green leafy veggies,nuts and protein rich foods like paneer,yoghurt,milk and eggs to minimise the hair loss.
