Don't take peanuts.as it has lot of fats. Can take milk as it will give protein.

Hi there, Good to hear from you :) Considering that you are a thyroid and diabetes patient you can have handful roasted peanuts in a day as an evening or mid-morning snack. You can have 2 cups of cow milk (remove the cream) in a day and not consuming peanuts is surely not the reason you are facing hair loss.Thyroid can be a prominent reason of hair loss.Hence do visit a dermatologist if the problem persists. However include green leafy veggies, nuts and protein rich foods like paneer, yoghurt, milk and eggs to minimise the hair loss.

Hello, being a diabetic and a thyroid patients you can eat peanut but in limited quantity that's only a small handful alternate days. You should  have low fat or cow's milk daily atleast 2 cups per day. Avoid consuming buffalo milk or full fat milk, that's not good for you.  For hair fall prefer eating nuts like walnut and almonds, flakseeds.
