Hi Yes milk should be given as at 7 months kids don't take the amount of solids that fulfills their energy requirement..2-3 meals 2 snacks and milk will be enough..U can gradually decrease on milk as they take solids..

Definately you can give milk... But make sure after 6 months it is complementary food that is semi-solid food more important. So keep it that as priority and milk is next
