Diet Chart Required

Need a diet chart, do I need to take any precautions with food. Sometimes I do get cravings for sweets, also am a pure non vegetarian by food habits. Drink socially. Don't smoke or eat Zarda. Pls advise Alok

U need to reduce 22 KGS that too fat not muscle . diet chart requires few information need to know things about ur lifestyle to help u in better way.
