Only fruit  based diet can leave you fatigued and defecient in macro nutrients  and eventually  can also trigger  changes in blood  cholesterol  levels  specially  triglycerides  as fruits are high in fructose,  although they contain some minerals and  vitamins, Hence it is not a healthy  option.
