Diastolic notch in right artery 33 week

I am 33 week pregnant and i have attached Doppler scan report. There is early diastolic notch in right artery with pi value of 1.2. Placenta is posterior, upper, grade between 2 and 3, AFI is 10.8, fetal weight is 2177 gms. Baby is in cephalic position with single loop around neck. Is diastolic notch indicates IUGR and do i need to deliver at 37 weeks? Is normal delivery possible?

Diastolic notch means that you are at risk of having increased blood pressure in pregnancy. If your blood pressure is normal you can go for vaginal delivery, need not worry

Diastolic notching does not indicate iugr As per the ultrasound findings  there is no growth restriction Diastolic noching indicates less blood flow in the uterine artery Since blood Flow in the uterine artery is normal nothing to worry The ultrasound needs to be repeated to understand your chances of normal delivery
