Diastasis Recti

2019-11-18 17:49:53
Hi, I'm 5 months postpartum. I had a C-section delivery. This is my second delivery. My belly is still looking like I'm pregnant. I had checked my diastasis recti but couldn't find any gap between abdominal muscles. So, I'm confused whether I can do pelvic floor exercises or core workouts. I want to do cycling also. Please suggest what to do?
