You should do both core strengthening exercises which will help you to tone up your abdominal muscles that are stretched or weakened during this period and also continue strengthening pelvic floor muscles.

Gradually increase your intensity,regards to cycling if it is stationary bike do with back support initially and when core strength improves progress to unsupported. If healing of scar has happened intensity can be increased gradually but under supervision.
