Hello doctor i am 42 year and i am facing too much problem with diastasis recti as i delivered twin babies 18 years back i tried out all the possible ways like exercise gym pilaties but have found no result. Nowadays the problem is increasing and not able to control urin it leaks always and i feel very much embarrassed. Plz let me know some solution for this.
