Getting diarrhea for a long time is not good
Do a stool re and check for bacteria amoeba worms etc and treat accordingly don’t eat food from outside eat home cooked food.cut nails and wash hands after using toilet,wash vegetables well.

If this persists along with alternating constipation see a gastroenterologist and do a colonoscopy if indicatedto rule out gastroenterology pathology or IBS
