My baby(7 months old) is having diarrhea from last month 27nth.consulted 3 doctors .they gave antibiotics .diarrhea didnt stop yet

Diarrhoea lasting 27 days needs evaluation. 
Next Steps
I would suggest you meet a paediatric gastroenterologist since u ve already taken antibiotics course and it hasn't helped . you can do a teleconsultation or visit my clinic for further work up
