Diarrhea not resolved

I had vomiting and diarrhea a week back and took the below meds. But it is still not resolved completely. I still have inconsistent diarrhea some days. Zifi O Zendott Sampraz D

Do a stool routine test... Avoid spicy foods and oily foods Dont take outside food Take only clear liquids like tender coconut water,  ors, clear soups etc..
Next Steps
use Econorm sachets.. two times daily before food for 3days Enterogermina liquid.. two times daily for 3days.. before food. Tab. pan 40mg once daily before breakfast for five days

You may send a stool sample for c/s.Meanwhile take light diet ,add probiotics.
