I got my period yesterday evening... from today morning i am having diarrhea and frequent urination.. now i am vomiting watery bitter taste. What to do??

For diarrhea you can have a probiotic and hydrate well For frequent urination get it test called urine routine more than 5 pus cells warrants antibiotics
