Diagnosis and help please

Please say if this is pimple only or not? Initially developed very very big pimple first on outside of right side vulva region.. Later on developed big pimple like boil on left vulva... Its been around 10 days.. Now i can see again a new boil like is developing on the inner right side lining of vagina.. There is itching of vulva and vagina from 3 days.. Also its ovulation time.. So discharge is laso coming along with itching.. Please please say how can i stop these boils to grow.. The one which is inside is very painful.. Even outside pimples are painful.. Please say what to do No contact from past 10 months.. (had a blood test for hsv 1 and 2 igg and igm; hiv; chlamydia; gonorrhoea; hcv; hbv) (only igm of chlamydia came positive back then.. Rest all -ve) First pic outside region.. 2nd picture inside on the lining.. Also what is the diagnosis.. Problem?? Had chlamydia infection in december 2020...took doxy treatment for 10 days..
