Diagnosed with PCOS and suffering

I am diagnosed with pcos after ultrasound and tests I had been taking medicines for irregular periods. It was on track but then I got covid. Post covid for 3 months periods did not come and after that it came and still going on for a month. Some days heavy flow and some times little spotting. I want to stop the spotting. Kindly help.

Covid is definitely not the reason fr the delay of 3 months followed by bleeding fr a month!!! The only way a pcos patient can hv regular period is to exercise n reduce weight if ur overweight R u sexually active? Was a pregnancy test done whn u skipped perid The bleeding needs to stop Fr that you  need  investigations to find out the reason U can connect online fr a prescription
