Have been diagnosed for diabetes a week back and doctor has suggested for eye checkup becoz: 1. Dryness in both eyes 2. Having itchiness in eyes as well

diabetes is such a disease which  may affect your eyes, kidney, heart,liver,nerves and brain.but the 1st affected organ is eye hence the physicians who care their patients most always get their  eyes and fundus examined  regularly.
