CT SCAN report shows right inverted nasal papilloma. Origin from lateral nasal wall. It extends in right maxillary antrum. Which procedure is preferred? Lateral rhinotomy with medial maxillotomy or Endoscopic sinus surgery.

Nowadays standard treatment for inverted papilloma is endoscopic. If surgeon is experienced in performing endoscopic modified denkers (endoscopic medial maxillectomy) then you should prefer endoscopic approach
