Curd is Good for Gut. If Gut is healthy diabetes is under control. Myth like not taking curd at night or in cold weather are personal and regional. So if someone can relish it at night it is a good option. Adding  Isabgol to it and take after both meal is good for Gut as well as diabetes

Plain unsweetened curd raises your blood sugar much less than sweetened dairy. Most people with diabetes can have a small bowl at night without issue.
Next Steps
Check your sugar an hour after eating it a few times to see your own pattern.
