Which medicine should be taken to deworm. Had taken when was young just want to know if we should take now to?

Hello well taking the deworming medicine once is 6 months is fine or at least once in a year ....you need to take Albendazole 400 MG Tablet just once after your dinner..You need to chew the tablet..There is nothing to worry about it...Hope you understand..Thank you
