Can a transabdominal ultrasound give accurate results for pregnancy at 5 or 6 weeks?? i did one yesterday and it detected no pregnancy and all my home urine tests are negative

Trans-Abdominal ultrasound scan can pick up a pregnancy at 6 weeks if the patient is not very fat. TVS can easily pick up a pregnancy at 5 weeks.
