Hello, All the symptoms you have mentioned point towards Clinical Depression. Even the body ache and stomach complaints are a part of depression. I advise you to kindly consult with a Psychiatrist, without wasting any time.

Depression is very common in late life due to various reasons. Memory changes may be due to old age or part of depression itself. Please consult a psychiatrist in person for further intervention.
